These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ezvip platform and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing ezvip, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

ezvip operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games, transactions, and player interactions are subject to PAGCOR's standards and rules.
Each player may hold only one ezvip account. Funds deposited via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank are held in your ezvip wallet and may only be withdrawn to verified accounts in your name.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ezvip are subject to individual bonus terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. Read each offer's specific terms before claiming.
ezvip is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and request self-exclusion at any time through account settings. ezvip reserves the right to enforce protective measures unilaterally.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR adjudication where applicable.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the ezvip platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines. ezvip strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to have been opened by or for a person under 21 years of age, with all associated funds forfeited.
2.2 Residency. The ezvip platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) ezvip account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. ezvip reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time to verify account information.
2.5 Identity Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, ezvip will conduct identity verification procedures prior to processing withdrawals or when triggered by transaction thresholds. Accepted documents include PhilSys ID, passport, and valid government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ezvip login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) delivered to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify ezvip support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your ezvip account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. ezvip will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
3.3 Account Suspension and Termination. ezvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false information, or for compliance with PAGCOR directions. In cases of confirmed fraud or AML violations, all wallet balances may be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ezvip will provide written notice to the account's registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Players may reactivate their account by completing the ezvip login and contacting support.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ezvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, and Metrobank Online. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to the ezvip wallet is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction; however, ezvip reserves the right to apply transaction limits in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements and payment processor policies.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes of submission during standard operating hours. PayMaya and bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day. ezvip does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals held pending identity verification or compliance review.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same ezvip account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's verified name. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds exceeding cumulative thresholds set by ezvip's compliance policy.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the ezvip platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ezvip does not accept foreign currency deposits; any foreign currency received will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from market rates, and associated conversion fees are the player's responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by ezvip are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Where general terms and specific bonus terms conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered using real or bonus funds on eligible games within a specified time period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ezvip monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, low-risk wagering specifically to fulfil wagering requirements, and exploitation of game weighting rules. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited, and may be terminated.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or partially fulfilled bonuses expire according to the time limit specified in the offer's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated bonus winnings are removed from the wallet without compensation.
6.1 Fair Play. All games available on ezvip use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanisms that comply with PAGCOR's technical standards for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome or payout, ezvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the player's wallet. ezvip shall not be liable for losses attributable to technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Disputed Results. Game results as recorded by the ezvip platform are final unless ezvip determines, at its sole discretion, that a technical error materially affected the outcome. Players may raise disputes within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant game round via the support channel.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ezvip platform and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
8.1 Player Protection Tools. ezvip provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings dashboard after completing the ezvip login.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the ezvip platform may do so by submitting a written self-exclusion request via the support channel. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, ezvip will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account.
8.3 Minor Protection. ezvip employs age verification procedures at registration and at withdrawal to prevent underage gambling. Players are responsible for ensuring their account credentials are not accessible to persons under 21 years of age residing in their household.

All content on the ezvip platform — including but not limited to the ezvip brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, and textual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ezvip or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ezvip's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 ezvip provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability, ezvip does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ezvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, data loss, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
10.3 ezvip's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by ezvip is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for ezvip, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of your personal data for KYC, AML compliance, and PAGCOR reporting obligations.
ezvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the ezvip platform following the effective date of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your wallet balance in accordance with Section 4.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement between the player and ezvip shall be referred, in the first instance, to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
